London-based Complete Fabrication was founded in 1990 and has been grown and developed over the years by company founder Josephine Pickett-Baker.
With many years experience in bespoke fabrication and model making, the company has fused together its wealth of skills, and developed a business with the reputation for high quality workmanship and a track record of excellent results.
Complete Fabrication's service also offers model making and visual effects or advertising, television, film and theatre. The models and effects portfolio includes liquid and food model making, special effects for commercials, idents and photography, company branded models, characters, puppets and props.

Nick joined Complete Fabrication in 1990 and has worked for many years as a Modelmaker and Technician. His invaluable experience and know-how has helped shape the good reputation of the company over the years. His strengths particularly lie in problem solving and exceptional attention to detail. With a keen interest in contemporary art, and Nick's postgraduate studies in 3D design and object conservation, he is well placed to offer both a technical and creative eye on all aspects of art and design work. His drive for quality means he is always mindful of getting the best outcome for our clients.

Josephine founded Complete Fabrication in 1989. Her practical model making background has brought a culture of superior quality control and delivery to the company’s vast portfolio of work and she has also recently achieved an MBA from Imperial College Business School. Josephine's personal interest in, and knowledge of environmental issues has gained her recognition in the press and is further developing with her current PhD study in Innovation Adoption.
